Why don't you list prices?
Because a number on a page is either so vague it's useless or so specific it's wrong for your party. Jen would rather look at what you're actually planning and give you a real figure she'll stand behind.
Pricing
What it costs.
Jen prices every party herself, because no two are the same job. What she will tell you up front is what actually moves the number — and that there's no minimum you have to hit before she'll take the booking.
No $5,000 minimum.
A lot of event companies around West Palm Beach won't return a call under five figures. Jen will take the small backyard first birthday and the forty-person shower, and she'll put the same hands on both. That's not being cheap — it's being available.
What moves the price
Five things, in roughly the order they matter.

How many people
Forty guests is more dessert, more favors and a bigger table than fifteen. This is usually the single biggest factor.

How much is made by hand
Individually iced cookies and a hand-lettered banner take real hours. Simpler dessert and printed signage cost less. Jen will tell you where the hand-made detail is worth it and where it isn't.

Signage size and detail
A small painted tabletop sign and a six-foot painted backdrop are different jobs. Wording length and artwork complexity both count.

Whether desserts are included
Some people want the whole table. Some want the banner and styling and are handling food themselves. Both are fine.

Setup, breakdown and travel
Dropping off is one price. Arriving early, styling the room and coming back to break it down is another. Distance matters too — she's based in West Palm Beach and travels across Palm Beach County.
Straight answers
Why do you ask my budget?
So she can be honest fast. If what you're picturing doesn't fit the number, she'll say so and tell you what would — rather than designing something beautiful you were never going to book. A range is plenty.
How fast will I hear back?
Usually within a day or two. Jen reads every enquiry herself — there is no office and no assistant between you and her.
Can I book just one thing?
Yes. Plenty of people order only a banner, or only a tray of cookies. You don't have to book a whole party to work with her.
